675
Your VIBE Score

One number that tells you
if it's actually working.

Not what you think happened. Not what the practitioner hopes happened. What your body measured.

When's the last time your doctor told you something useful?

They say your HbA1c is 5.7 and give you a look. Your LDL-C is 142. Your CRP is elevated. Your ALT-to-AST ratio is trending. They rattle off letters and numbers like they're reading you the serial number off the back of a refrigerator, and you sit there nodding like you have any idea what it means.

You don't. Nobody does. You Google it in the parking lot and you're still confused.

Here's the thing nobody in medicine wants to admit: none of those numbers tell you how you feel. Your cholesterol is 200 and your doctor is concerned, but you feel fine. Your A1C is perfect and your doctor is thrilled, but you haven't slept through the night in three months and your back hurts every morning and you can't remember the last time you had actual energy past 2pm.

The numbers they track predict whether you'll get a disease in ten years. They don't predict whether you'll feel like a human being tomorrow.

Screw the alphabet soup.
"I'm vibing at 675 and I'm on the rise."
That's the only number you need.

Now picture this. You walk into a wellness session. Float tank, energy healing, acupuncture, PEMF, breathwork, whatever you're into. You sit down. A sensor picks up your heartbeat. Not your heart rate. The variation between beats. The fractal complexity of your cardiac rhythm. The electrical signature of whether your nervous system is stuck in fight-or-flight or actually dropping into recovery.

You do your session. An hour passes. Maybe two.

You get up. And on the screen in front of you is a number. Not twelve numbers with acronyms you don't understand. One number. Your VIBE Score.

It was 340 when you walked in. Depleted. Running on empty. Your nervous system was clenched like a fist.

It's 675 now. Balanced and climbing. Your body shifted. It's not a guess. It's not "I think I feel better." It's measured. Before, during, after. The delta is right there on the screen.

Your doctor can keep his C3PO numbers. You know your VIBE.

Your doctor measures whether you're sick.
VIBE measures whether you're alive.

We have Fitbit for steps. WHOOP for recovery. Oura for sleep. Your Apple Watch counts how many times you stood up today like that's a health metric.

But the one question that actually matters? The one you're asking every single time you walk into a session and hand over your money?

"Is my body actually responding to this right now?"

Not yesterday's recovery score. Not last night's sleep stages. Right now. During the session. In real time. Is it working?

Nobody could answer that. Every device on the market either measures you while you sleep (when the session is already over) or measures one thing (cardiac coherence, if you're lucky). Nobody fuses the objective data with how you actually feel. Nobody tracks the before-to-during shift. Nobody personalizes the score to your own body.

Until now.

Your nervous system unclenched. The data says so.

VIBE. Vital Index of Body from Environment.

It measures what your body does in response to the environment it's in. That's the whole idea. Your body reacts to where you are. A stressful office, a quiet forest, a structured electromagnetic field, a float tank. VIBE captures that reaction. In real time. With real data. As one number you actually understand.

50%
Your Nervous System
Heart rate variability. Parasympathetic depth. Fractal complexity. The language your autonomic nervous system speaks, translated into a number.
25%
How You Feel
60-second check-in. Energy, mood, calm. Because great data and feeling terrible is a real thing. Both signals matter.
25%
The Session Shift
Before vs. during. How much your body moved. The part nobody else measures. The proof the session did something.

After six months of sessions, your spouse asks: "Is it actually doing anything?"

Old you: "I think so? I feel like it helps."

VIBE you: pulls up phone. "Session 1: 340. Last week: 675. I've been climbing for three months straight. Look at the chart."

That's the difference between a feeling and a fact.

VIBE learns you.
By session 15, the score is 100% personal.
Your number. Your baseline. Your trajectory.

First seven sessions, VIBE scores you against population averages. Sessions 8 through 14, it starts blending in your own history. Session 15 onward, it's entirely personal. YOUR vitality relative to YOUR baseline.

Not compared to a 25-year-old CrossFit athlete. Not some population average that doesn't look anything like you. Your body. Your trend. Your trajectory.

A 675 means you're at 67.5% of YOUR capacity. Not someone else's. And you were at 340 two months ago. That's a trajectory. That's measurable progress. That's something you can show your doctor, your spouse, your skeptical friend, and say: "This is what the data says."

If you run a wellness center, listen up. Right now you're running on vibes. The ironic kind. Testimonials and trust. Some clients come back, some don't, and you don't know who's actually responding and who's just being polite.

With VIBE, every session produces a score. You see who's trending up. You see who's flat. You see the person whose body is improving but who keeps saying they feel worse, and you know that person needs a conversation, maybe a referral, not just more sessions. You catch it at session 5 instead of losing them at session 10.

And when someone asks for proof that what you do works?

You've got it. Not a testimonial. Data.

Real, session-level, timestamped, physiological data with a composite score that means the same thing at your center as it does at every other VIBE Certified center on the planet.

Peer-Reviewed Journal Publication
Seizures reduced from 6-8 per day to 4-5 partial seizures of 1-2 seconds. 23 sessions. No medication changes. Published in the Journal of Neurological Research with quantitative seizure log data. (Ludlum, Shintani & Harrigan, 2012)
Clinical Series — Veterans
10 subjects, 6 veterans with service-connected conditions. 9 of 10 reported significant improvement. Objective findings: cystoscopic tumor regression, blood pressure normalization, a 77-year-old who went from 24/7 assisted care to dressing himself and walking unassisted in one week. (Hole, MD, 2015)
The Algorithm
Open source. Apache 2.0. The formula is published. Anyone can verify it, implement it, run studies with it. We're not hiding the math. If VIBE is going to be the standard, the standard has to be open.

The hardware is a sensor that costs less than dinner for two. Chest strap, wrist band, arm band. Anything that speaks Bluetooth. We're adding a 16-channel research-grade EEG headset for centers that want the full picture. Brain and heart, together, one score.

And because the algorithm is open, you're not locked in. Not to us, not to any vendor. Your data exports in a format that any researcher, any clinician, any independent lab can verify. VIBE doesn't ask you to trust us. It asks you to check our work.

Next time your doctor throws alphabet soup at you,
just smile and say:
"I'm vibing at 675 and I'm on the rise already."
